This business combination is about one of the few significant ones the copper producer has observed in a disease pandemic year with the first being in the banking sector and the next being in the legal faculty. Zambia has seen other entrants such as South Africa’s Bowmans legal practitioners. The copper producer remains land of opportunity with immense growth potential across sectors which is recipe for deal structures that require legal inputs. Dentons will widen the competitive landscape of legal services in Africa’s second largest copper hotspot, Zambia.
