    PwC Zambia names Andrew Chibuye as Country Senior Partner

    Newly Appointed Senior Country Partner for PwC Zambia - Mr. Andrew Chibuye. He takes over from Mr. Nasir Ali who has retired from the current role.

    One of the worlds most prestigious Professional Services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed Andrew Chibuye to head its Zambia office as Senior Country Partner effective 01 July 2020, taking over from Nasir Ali who who retires at the end of June. Chibuye (37) has served the firm for sixteen and half years with a pedigree of excellence from Associate level all the way through Managerial ranks levitating to Associate Director and Partner. He last served as Country Assurance Leader, a role he housed for the last 10-months before his recent ascension to Senior Country Partner.

    He has also worked for PwC London.

    Chibuye is the architect of the debut Banking Survey for the Zambian Financial Markets which has now become a key source of commercial banking trend analysis. Under his leadership, PwC commenced an Insurance industry annual survey which the pensions and insurance faculty looks up to. Further, he has consistently managed the assurance team through the Post Budget Analysis report that PricewaterhouseCoopers has consistently produced every fiscal year for over a decade.

    He is a Fellow member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and the Associated of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He is holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Alliance Manchester Business School.
